The special Fall 2010 Dance Programs
Presented by the Ballroom Dance Center of Hoboken

1. BALLROOM (Social) Dance Courses ~ Includes Wedding dances!

Join these very popular classes and learn to dance and add a little sparkle to your life. Designed for those who never danced, for those who would like to, or for those who “get by” on the dance floor but would enjoy the pleasure of dancing correctly. Basic steps for fox-trot, waltz, lindy, tango and other popular dances will be taught. (FOR COUPLES ONLY!)

Starts on Wednesday, October 6, 7-8pm or 8-9pm

Location: The historic landmark site of the HUDSON SCHOOL at 601 Park Street, 4th fl

2. LATIN Dancing

Learn the dances that set the dancing world on fire: the SALSA, merengue, cha-cha, rumba, and bachata. (SINGLES and COUPLES, all WELCOME!)

Starts on Tuesday, October 5, 7-8pm

Location: Benny's Dance Studio, 302 Monroe Street (back studio)

3. TAP Dancing

You’ve seen him do a famous duet with Liza Minnelli every Xmas eve on Disney Channel for 15 years in his own choreography; It’s listed in Washington D.C. as a “national treasure” and in the U.S. archives. He lives in Hoboken and teaches beginner Tap and all other levels. You can learn the great beginner fun moves and amaze yourself and your friends! He will guide you in all aspects: the shoes, the music and the RIGHT way to tap. (SINGLES and COUPLES, all WELCOME!)

Location: Benny's Dance Studio, 302 Monroe Street (back studio)

Note #1: There will be a final party combining all classes at the end of the 10th week. This will also give you a chance to see what the other groups learn.

Note #2: We would like everybody to start on the 1st week. However, if you cannot for some reason, you can still join the classes later on. In this case, your rate will be adjusted individually. You will also be required to take one or two private lessons to catch up with the group depending on your level.

IN ORDER TO REGISTER, YOU HAVE TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. For those of you who would like to pay the tution for the courses online, you can just click the button below and pay it now.

2. For those of you who would like to pay the tution in person, there will be a registration desk at the entrance of Hudson School, 506 Park, between 7pm and 8:30pm on either Thursday, September 23 OR Monday, September 27. Payments must be by cash or else a separate check for each course being taken.

Schedules may be changed as deemed necessary.

WE WOULD LIKE TO REMIND YOU THAT THERE IS A CUT-OFF DATE, WHICH IS MIDNIGHT, SEPT 27th, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF 25% DISCOUNT.

Refunds will only be given for courses not offered. No refunds will be given for any other reason.
